Shipping and Returns

 

We process and pack all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment (not counting weekends or public holidays) We send our orders by either royal mail, parcel force, city-link or other courier.

In accordance with distance selling regulations we accept returns, at the buyer's own expense, within 7 days of receipt provided the item is as new and in saleable condition. Please contact us for the return address. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at mail@homewoodltd.co.uk

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

Damaged items

 

All signed for deliveries are insured for up to the value of the goods. We will send a replacement item (subject to being in stock) as soon as we are notified by you, We will submit a claim on your behalf if an item is lost or damaged, on condition that you cooperate with any requests of information to help settle the claim. If you fail to reply to royal mails request for information the claim may be closed. In which case the claim will be unsuccessful.

in the unlikely event that your item is not delivered. Please contact us if you have not received your item within 1 week for deliveries in the UK.

Please note that although the majority of items sent with royal mail get delivered the next working day, Royal mail do not class an item as lost for 15 days.
